Beillen BL-NP65 is a standard size NP1 type broadcast battery. The battery chemistry used here is Lithium-ion, which leads to a more powerful NP1 battery at low weight. Lithium-ion batteries do not suffer from the so called memory effect, so this battery can be recharged when it's not fully discharged without capacity loss. In case you have a professional camcorder, for example JVC GY-DV5000 or Betacam SP, which originally work with NP1 type batteries, Beillen BL-NP65 is the low cost solution to achieve extended camera runtime.
